Urban Hive is a contemporary co-living brand blurring the lines between property development and shared housing, supporting a new generation of young professionals and how they live, work and engage in the city.

Our mission was to create a cohesive identity which appealed to both property investors and young professionals, allowing the brand to bring the two closer together promoting a more considered living experience and financial stability.

The Concept

Their brand name was more than a metaphor, it was a philosophy, a mindset - a notion that all parties existed to achieve the same goal. This hive principle became the foundation for creative where a flexible style built around diagrams inspired from building plans formed the structure of the identity. Like a living organism this style could continually shift creating dynamic visuals across all touch-points of the brand.
