Bringing the product to life

J. Rotherham are celebrated in the industry for their expertise and innovation. Gemini Quartz, their recently relaunched their own luxury quartz brand is a product developed in-house blending contemporary designs with modern technologies.

The introduction of Gemini Quartz has further authenticated the brand’s excellence in the field. Working closely with them, we began the evolution of the GQ brand; drawing inspiration from the heritage of the business, whilst modernising the brand aesthetics and creating a flagship product within their portfolio.

Rooted in luxury, authenticity and impeccable style, we elevated the brand amongst its competitors through a design that was clean, but characterful, complemented by gentle typography and an inspirational tone of voice. The creation of the new brand transcended the identity and captured the contemporary characteristics through the product strategy, colour palette, lifestyle photography and the logo itself highlighted the balance between design and technology, visually reflecting the product concept with a bespoke ligature.

Collections

The product strategy and formation of the collections became the foundation for the art direction and styling. We planned and directed a comprehensive photoshoot for the entire product range, capturing both still and moving content.

Throughout each collection, the styling of the sets and the carefully selected props to support the worktops, allowed us to establish a narrative for each collection which would inform brand marketing and content moving forward.
